Baked Pork Chops with Avocado Sauce
Citrus Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) bone-in center cut pork loin chops
- 1 tsp garlic salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle pork with ½ tsp garlic salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Process avocados, oil, lemon juice, ½ tsp garlic salt, cumin, and water in a blender until smooth. Serve pork with avocado sauce.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 3 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave sugar snap peas according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss until butter melts.
