Turkey Chopped Club Salad
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground turkey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 (9-oz) pkg romaine salad blend
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook turkey, salt, and pepper in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to coarsely crumble. Remove from skillet.
- Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; crumble.
- Toss together lettuce, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with dressing.
