Turkey Chopped Club Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground turkey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg romaine salad blend
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey, salt, and pepper in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to coarsely crumble. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; crumble.
  3. Toss together lettuce, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with dressing.
