Garlic Butter Salmon
Zoodles and Caesar SaladIngredients
- 6 (5-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder and salt. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon, skin side up and in batches if necessary, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip salmon, and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.

- 1½ lb zucchini
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Tbsp Caesar dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or cut lengthwise into ¼-inch-thick slices; stack 3 slices at a time, and cut lengthwise into thin strips to resemble strands of pasta.
- Cook zucchini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes or just until thoroughly heated. Season with salt, if desired.
- Combine lettuce, cheese, and dressing in a large bowl; toss.
