Caesar Chicken
Green Bean and Tomato SaladIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¾ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a greased baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done and cheese melts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- ¼ cup finely chopped basil
- 2 Tbsp minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
- Combine basil, shallots, lemon juice, and oil. Add green beans and tomatoes.
