Easy Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 slab baby back pork ribs
- ½ (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub all over meaty side of ribs. Cut rack in half, if desired.
- Arrange ribs in a roasting pan; cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 2½ to 3 hours or until very tender; uncover and cool 15 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place ribs, meaty side up, on grill rack rubbed with oil; baste generously with barbecue sauce.
- Grill, covered, 10 minutes. Baste and grill 5 minutes longer or until sauce clings to ribs. Cut or pull meat off the bone for younger children.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1/1 personal size watermelon, cut up (or use 2-count pkg watermelon wedges)
- ½ (16-oz) container deli potato salad
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve watermelon and desired amount of potato salad on each plate.
