Rice and Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
- 4 corn tortillas
- ½ (6.4-oz) box Mexican-style rice
- ½ (20.5-oz) can refried black beans
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Bake 6 minutes or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions. Heat beans according to directions on can.
- Spread beans on crispy tortillas; top with rice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
