Carrots with Ranch Dip and Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise and mustard sauce blend
  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 (25-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
  • 6 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat bacon in microwave.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard blend over 1 side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer bacon, chicken, lettuce, and cheese over spread on half of bread slices. Cover with remaining bread slices, spread side down. Cut sandwiches in half.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg potato chips
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve carrots and chips with Ranch dressing for dipping.
