Honey-Soy Chicken
Asparagus-Shiitake Mushroom Stir-FryIngredients
- ⅓ cup honey mustard dressing
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ to ⅓ cup hot sauce
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauce in a saucepan, and cook over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned. Stir in honey mustard mixture, turning to coat chicken. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 2 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 (5-oz) pkg sliced shiitake mushrooms (or use button mushrooms)
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté asparagus and mushrooms in hot oil a large nonstick skillet over high heat 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute.
