Citrus Salmon Grain Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp roasted garlic-and-herb seasoning blend
- 1 (8-oz) salmon fillet
- 1 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable seven whole-grains mix
- ½ (10.6-oz) pkg chopped salad kit with sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine sugar, orange zest, and seasoning. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet; rub with sugar mixture.
- Broil salmon 8 to 10 minutes or until flakes with a fork. Meanwhile, cook grains and prepare salad kit according to package directions.
- Divide salad and grains between 2 serving bowls. Break salmon into large pieces; top bowls with salmon.
