Grilled Tuna Steaks
Grilled Asparagus, Butter Lettuce Salad, and Fresh MangoIngredients
- 6 (5-oz) tuna steaks
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ¾ tsp paprika
- 1½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly brush both sides of tuna with oil; sprinkle with paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Grill tuna 2 to 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ lb asparagus, trimmed
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper, divided
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- 6 cups sliced mango (about 3 mangos)
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
- Coat asparagus with cooking spray, and grill 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp each salt and pepper.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, water, garlic, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a serving bowl. Add lettuce and onion; toss.
- Serve asparagus, salad, and mango alongside tuna.
