Grilled Tuna Steaks

Grilled Asparagus, Butter Lettuce Salad, and Fresh Mango

Ingredients

  • 6 (5-oz) tuna steaks
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • 1½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly brush both sides of tuna with oil; sprinkle with paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill tuna 2 to 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • ½ tsp pepper, divided
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 6 cups sliced mango (about 3 mangos)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
  2. Coat asparagus with cooking spray, and grill 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp each salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, water, garlic, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a serving bowl. Add lettuce and onion; toss.
  4. Serve asparagus, salad, and mango alongside tuna.
