Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Sautéed Spinach
Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish; serve fish with sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 30 seconds. Gradually add spinach, 1 pkg at a time, and cook 2 minutes or just until wilted. Stir in salt and pepper.
