Simple Ranch Pork Chops
Strawberry-Arugula Salad with FetaIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with dressing mix.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chops are done.

- 2 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 1½ cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
