Tiramisù Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg mascarpone cheese (or use cream cheese)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg ladyfingers
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries

Instructions

  1. Stir together heavy cream and espresso powder in a small bowl until powder is dissolved.
  2. Beat mascarpone cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add heavy cream mixture, and beat at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. Transfer dip to a bowl. Sprinkle with cocoa. Serve immediately, or cover and chill. Serve with ladyfingers and strawberries for dipping.
