Sweet and Sour Chicken and Snow Peas

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg stir-fry medley with snow peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle Hawaiian marinade

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just done.
  3. Add stir-fry medley, bell pepper, and onions to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until crisp tender. Add desired amount of sauce to taste, stirring until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
