Sweet and Sour Chicken and Snow Peas
Steamed Rice and Vegetable Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg stir-fry medley with snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (12-oz) bottle Hawaiian marinade
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just done.
- Add stir-fry medley, bell pepper, and onions to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until crisp tender. Add desired amount of sauce to taste, stirring until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
