Pizza Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (11.4-oz) pepperoni and mozzarella flatbread
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Bake flatbread according to package directions until crisp. Cool slightly, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss lettuce with Canadian bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and flatbread cubes in a large bowl.
  3. Divide among 6 plates; serve with dressing.
