Crunchy Crusted Tilapia
Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup crushed salt and vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Brush top of fish with mayonnaise; press crushed chips over top of fish.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
