Ranch Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub pork with seasoning mixture. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
- Transfer skillet to oven; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 (1-oz) slices French baguette
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with 2 Tbsp oil, garlic, and salt.
- Meanwhile, place bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp oil; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
