Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub pork with seasoning mixture. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer skillet to oven; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 (1-oz) slices French baguette
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with 2 Tbsp oil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Meanwhile, place bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp oil; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
