Spinach-Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
- 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
- 1½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook mushrooms and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
- Unroll dough onto a lightly greased large baking sheet. Spread pesto over dough; top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
