Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza Flatbread Sandwiches
Mediterranean Chopped Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pieces naan (preferably whole wheat), halved
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 (3-oz) pouch sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2 flatbread halves on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce, tomatoes, cheese, seasoning, basil, and remaining 2 flatbread halves.
- Brush tops of sandwiches with oil. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
