Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 teriyaki-flavored pork tenderloins
  • 1 peeled and cored pineapple, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, cut into rings
  • 1 small red bell pepper, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill pork, 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until done.
  2. Grill pineapple, onion, and bell pepper, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender; chop and place in a large bowl.
  3. Slice pork, and serve with pineapple relish.

  • 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
