Philly Cheesesteak Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 (10-count) pkg sliced provolone cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Unroll dough onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbly; drain.
- Spread mustard over crust; top with provolone cheese, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted. Cut into small wedges.
