Ranch-Bacon Cheeseburgers
Cranberry Broccoli Slaw and Onion RingsIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 2 tsp Ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 hamburger buns (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine beef, dressing mix, and cheese in a bowl. Shape into 3 patties.
- Grill, uncovered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Tear bacon in half. Serve patties on buns, if desired. Top with bacon and desired condiments.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together slaw and cranberries. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar; drizzle over slaw. Toss. Chill until ready to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
- Bake desired amount of onion rings according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
