Ranch-Bacon Cheeseburgers

Cranberry Broccoli Slaw and Onion Rings

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp Ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 hamburger buns (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine beef, dressing mix, and cheese in a bowl. Shape into 3 patties.
  2. Grill, uncovered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Tear bacon in half. Serve patties on buns, if desired. Top with bacon and desired condiments.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen onion rings

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together slaw and cranberries. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar; drizzle over slaw. Toss. Chill until ready to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
  2. Bake desired amount of onion rings according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
