Horseradish-Garlic Sauce Burgers

Ingredients

  • 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or just until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  2. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and salt. Serve burgers on buns with horseradish sauce.

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
