Ingredients

  • 12 slices center cut bacon
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 soft taco flour tortillas, heated
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Cut slices in half.
  2. Divide chicken and bacon among tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing.

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar

  1. Sprinkle pineapple with brown sugar. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until charred.
