Bacon-Ranch Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 12 slices center cut bacon
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 12 soft taco flour tortillas, heated
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Cut slices in half.
- Divide chicken and bacon among tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg pineapple chunks
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar

- Sprinkle pineapple with brown sugar. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until charred.
