15-Minute Chili Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (15-oz) can chili
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 (2.8-oz) container French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Lightly season patties with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each with 1 slice cheese, and let stand until melted.
  2. Meanwhile, heat chili according to package directions.
  3. Serve patties on buns topped with desired amount of chili and fried onions.

  • 1 (8-oz) container prepared guacamole
  • 1 (12-oz) bag tortilla chips

  1. Serve guacamole with chips.
