Bacon-Ranch Chicken
Roasted Garlic Red Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or meat mallet. Lightly season with salt and pepper; brush with oil.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done, brushing occasionally with dressing.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Divide chicken among 6 plates; sprinkle with bacon.
