Bacon-Ranch Chicken

Roasted Garlic Red Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or meat mallet. Lightly season with salt and pepper; brush with oil.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done, brushing occasionally with dressing.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  4. Divide chicken among 6 plates; sprinkle with bacon.
