Seared Sirloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Parsley Mashed Potatoes and Steamed BroccoliIngredients
- 2 lb (2-inch-thick) boneless top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
- Stir together sour cream, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Serve steak with horseradish sauce.
