Seared Sirloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (2-inch-thick) boneless top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  2. Stir together sour cream, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Serve steak with horseradish sauce.

  • 2 (24-oz) cartons refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

  1. Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions; stir in parsley.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
