Barbecue Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ⅓ cup refrigerated Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon.
- Layer lettuce, chicken, cheese, onion, tomato, and bacon in a bowl.
- Combine dressing and barbecue sauce; drizzle over salad.
