Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon.
  2. Layer lettuce, chicken, cheese, onion, tomato, and bacon in a bowl.
  3. Combine dressing and barbecue sauce; drizzle over salad.
