Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- ½ cup shredded Italian-blend cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a greased baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
- Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper, and bake 5 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese melts. .

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté asparagus and peas in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt and basil.
