Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
  • ½ cup shredded Italian-blend cheese 
  • ¼ tsp pepper 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a greased baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
  2. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper, and bake 5 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese melts. .

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté asparagus and peas in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
  2. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt and basil.
