Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw
Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 (5.4-oz) fresh ground beef patties
- 1½ tsp Jerk seasoning
- 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp mango chutney
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, divided
- 2 gluten-free hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with Jerk seasoning. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Combine coleslaw, chutney, and 2 Tbsp mayonnaise in a serving bowl. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise over cut sides of buns.
- Place patties on bun bottoms; top with slaw and cilantro. Cover with bun tops.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg potato chips

- Serve potato chips with burgers.
