Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 (5.4-oz) fresh ground beef patties
  • 1½ tsp Jerk seasoning
  • 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp mango chutney
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, divided
  • 2 gluten-free hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with Jerk seasoning. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  2. Combine coleslaw, chutney, and 2 Tbsp mayonnaise in a serving bowl. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise over cut sides of buns.
  3. Place patties on bun bottoms; top with slaw and cilantro. Cover with bun tops.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve potato chips with burgers.
