Broccoli Slaw and Multigrain Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
  • 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauce in a small saucepan; cook over medium-high heat 3 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned. Stir in honey mustard mixture, turning to coat chicken. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 2 frozen multigrain rolls
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1¼ cups broccoli slaw

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake rolls according to package directions.
  2. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, Dijon, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Add broccoli; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
