Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
- 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1½ Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauce in a small saucepan; cook over medium-high heat 3 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned. Stir in honey mustard mixture, turning to coat chicken. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 2 frozen multigrain rolls
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp honey
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1¼ cups broccoli slaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake rolls according to package directions.
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, Dijon, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Add broccoli; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
