15-Minute Beefy Enchilada Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (10-oz) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (11-oz) bag yellow corn tortilla chips
  • 1 (16-oz) container white cheese dip
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 avocados, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in enchilada sauce and chiles; cook until thoroughly heated.
  2. Arrange chips on a large serving platter. Top with meat mixture.
  3. Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over nachos. Sprinkle with cilantro and avocado.
