Ground Beef Stroganoff
Buttery Egg Noodles and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add flour, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in broth, soup, and Worcestershire; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg extra-wide egg noodles
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; toss with butter until melted.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste with salt and pepper.
