Buffalo Chicken Wings

Bibb Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1¾ lb frozen chicken wings
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen wings on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, and toss until coated; spread wings in a single layer.
  2. Bake 35 minutes. Brush wing sauce onto wings, and bake 15 minutes longer.
  3. Stir together remaining wing sauce and melted butter. Toss with wings before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp buttermilk
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ¼ tsp dried dill)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • 1 head Bibb lettuce, torn

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and shallot; add lettuce, and toss.
