Greek Steak Lettuce Wraps
Olive-Mint Cauli "Couscous"Ingredients
- ½ lb top sirloin steak
- ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup sliced cucumber
- ⅓ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 Tbsp refrigerated tzatziki-Ranch Greek yogurt dressing
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Arrange lettuce in 2 stacks; top with steak, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, dressing, and cheese.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower rice
- 2½ Tbsp olive bruschetta topping
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- ⅛ tsp garlic salt
