Asparagus-Cheese Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
  • 1 (5.2-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 lb thin asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread dough to cover entire baking sheet (see Note). Spread garlic-herb cheese over dough, and sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan.
  2. Arrange asparagus over cheese, and brush edges of crust with oil. Lightly sprinkle  with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp Parmesan.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
