Asparagus-Cheese Tart
Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 1 (5.2-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 lb thin asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread dough to cover entire baking sheet (see Note). Spread garlic-herb cheese over dough, and sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan.
- Arrange asparagus over cheese, and brush edges of crust with oil. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp Parmesan.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed fresh pineapple
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
