15 Minute Grouper with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or other firm white fish)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced capers
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill fish, covered, 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.

  • 3 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable basmati rice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg trimmed Broccolini

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions; spoon into a bowl. Add lemon zest and juice; toss.
  2. Steam Broccolini according to package directions; season to taste.
