15 Minute Grouper with Dill Sauce
Lemon Rice and Steamed BroccoliniIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or other firm white fish)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced capers
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill fish, covered, 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.

- 3 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable basmati rice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 (8-oz) pkg trimmed Broccolini
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; spoon into a bowl. Add lemon zest and juice; toss.
- Steam Broccolini according to package directions; season to taste.
