Potato Chip Fish
Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets (or use cod)
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 cups crushed salt and vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brush top of fish with mayonnaise; sprinkle with crushed chips, pressing to adhere.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen roasted garlic-and-herb homestyle potato wedges
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potatoes according to package directions.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
