Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia fillets (or use cod)
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 cups crushed salt and vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush top of fish with mayonnaise; sprinkle with crushed chips, pressing to adhere.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen roasted garlic-and-herb homestyle potato wedges
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
