Skillet Pork
Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Sweet PeasIngredients
- 1 pork tenderloin, sliced 1-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Flatten each piece of pork with the heel of your hand. Rub pork with oil; sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Cook pork, in two batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Cut up pork into bite-size pieces.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave potatoes according to package directions; stir in sour cream.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
