Skillet Pork

Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Sweet Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin, sliced 1-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Flatten each piece of pork with the heel of your hand. Rub pork with oil; sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  2. Cook pork, in two batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Cut up pork into bite-size pieces.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave potatoes according to package directions; stir in sour cream.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
