Chicken and Ham Roll-Ups
Roasted Green Beans and Sliced Apples
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg diced ham
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook, stirring until done.
- Stir in cheese, ham, soup, cream cheese, and dressing mix until blended. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
- Unroll dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread chicken mixture over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Roll up dough, starting with long side, to enclose filling, pressing seams to seal.
- Place, seam side down, on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Cut 1-inch slits over top of roll to allow steam to escape. Brush with oil. Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Slice to serve.

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 apples
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together green beans and oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until beans are browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice apples to serve.
