Chicken and Ham Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg diced ham
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook, stirring until done.
  2. Stir in cheese, ham, soup, cream cheese, and dressing mix until blended. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
  3. Unroll dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread chicken mixture over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Roll up dough, starting with long side, to enclose filling, pressing seams to seal.
  4. Place, seam side down, on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Cut 1-inch slits over top of roll to allow steam to escape. Brush with oil. Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Slice to serve.

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 apples

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together green beans and oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until beans are browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slice apples to serve.
