Soy-Ginger Burgers
Arugula-Carrot SaladIngredients
- 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 2 (¼-inch-thick) pineapple rings
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from pan .
- Grill pineapple 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred.
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, oil, garlic, and green onion.
- Top patties with pineapple rings, and drizzle with soy mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2¼ tsp lime juice
- ⅛ tsp honey
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ (5-oz) pkg arugula
- ½ cup shredded carrot
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, lime juice, honey, and salt in a bowl. Add arugula and carrot; toss.
