Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) jar natural creamy peanut butter
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup strawberry jelly (or use other jelly)
Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with standard baking cups. Process peanut butter, honey, oil, and salt at high speed in a blender or food processor until smooth. Divide among muffin cups.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tsp jelly into each cup, and swirl into peanut butter mixture using a wooden pick. Freeze 15 minutes or until hardened. Thaw slightly before serving.
