15-Minute Chicken Soft Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 6 soft taco-size flour tortillas, heated
  • 1½ (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cook in melted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until browned and done. Cool slightly, and finely chop chicken.
  2. Serve chicken on warm tortillas with cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable Spanish-style rice
  • 1 (16-oz) container watermelon chunks or spears
  • 1 cup blueberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice in microwave according to package directions. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Cut up watermelon into bite-size pieces; toss with berries.
