Sausage, White Bean, and Spinach Skillet

Ingredients

  • ½ (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup gluten-free chicken broth
  • ½ (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
