Sausage, White Bean, and Spinach Skillet
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup gluten-free chicken broth
- ½ (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
