Bistro Burger Steaks
Grilled Tomato and Red Onion
Ingredients
- 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook patties in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt butter in skillet; add shallot, and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute; spoon over patties.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 tomato, cut into large wedges
- ½ red onion, cut into large wedges
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle tomato and onion with oil; sprinkle with seasoning and salt.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
