Grilled Tomato and Red Onion

Ingredients

  • 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • 1½ Tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook patties in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Melt butter in skillet; add shallot, and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute; spoon over patties.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, cut into large wedges
  • ½ red onion, cut into large wedges
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle tomato and onion with oil; sprinkle with seasoning and salt.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
