Turkey Chopped Club Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground turkey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 slices bacon
  • ½ (9-oz) pkg romaine salad blend
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey, salt, and pepper in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crumbly and no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; crumble.
  3. Toss together lettuce, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, and cheese. Top with dressing.
