Italian Herb-Crusted Red Snapper

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 6 (6-oz) snapper fillets
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together herbs, garlic, panko, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Place fish fillets on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush top of fillets with mustard; press panko mixture into mustard on fillets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fish flakes with a fork.
