Garlic-Herb Chicken
Dill Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ½ tsp dried)
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken on a rimmed baking sheet. Combine oil, dill, and garlic; rub all over chicken. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

- ¾ lb red potatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 1½ tsp dried)
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt, divided
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, pepper, and a dash of salt on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions. Sprinkle with a dash of salt.
