Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, halved
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup 1% low-fat milk
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chopped almonds
- ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Process avocado, strawberries, yogurt, milk, mint, honey, lime juice, and a handful of ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour into 4 serving bowls.
- Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
