Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 4 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process avocado, strawberries, yogurt, milk, mint, honey, lime juice, and a handful of ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Pour into 4 serving bowls.
  3. Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
