Grilled Figs with Honey and Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6 large figs, halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 (48-oz) carton low-fat vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Oil grill grates, and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle cut sides of figs with brown sugar.
- Place figs, cut side down, on grill; grill 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and grill marks appear.
- Scoop desired amount of ice cream into six bowls. Top each serving with two fig halves. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pistachios.
